Country cabin with wonderful view over the lake!
Family built lakehouse by Thingvellir lake, perfect for winter/summer vacation. The lakehouse offers 2 bedrooms. The first includes a double bed and the second has a bunk bed - double bed below and single bed above. We have 2 sofa beds in living room. The cabin sleeps 6 persons.
Amazing 180° degree view of Thingvellir Lake, garden furniture on patio deck. Access only area by the lake, perfect location if you want to explore the Golden Circle (Gullfoss, Geyser, the Crater).
The lakehouse is located only 5 min from Thingvellir national park.
Only 40-50 min from Reykjavik, 10 min from Fontana Spa Laugarvatn, 1 hr from Geysir and 90 min from Gullfoss.

The cabin can host up to 6 adults or 4 adults and 2 -3 kids.
Crib can be available at request.

Wifi is complimentary and there are a few TV stations.
FISHING
Fishing is allowed in Þingvallavatn right in front of our cabin.

The cabin is in a gated area, not accessible for the public unless you have the key to enter.
Keys are collected at Freyjugata 39, 101 Reykjavík (at Freyja Guesthouse).
More information about the location and cabin rules will be sent via email a few days prior to arrival date and when picking up the keys.
Minimum stay is 2 nights.
